King Car Brokers LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates solely as a vehicle concierge and locating service and does not sell vehicles directly, process payments for vehicles, accept deposits, provide financing, or participate in the contractual sale of any vehicle. Because all vehicle purchases, deposits, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are handled exclusively by the dealership or seller from whom the vehicle is purchased, King Car Brokers LLC cannot issue refunds, cancel a vehicle purchase, modify dealer agreements, or intervene in dealership return policies. Any questions or requests regarding refunds, cancellations, deposit returns, buyer’s remorse, warranty claims, or vehicle-related disputes must be directed to the selling dealership or vehicle provider. Customers are strongly encouraged to review all dealership documentation—including purchase agreements, return policies, restocking fees, and financing terms—before finalizing a transaction. King Car Brokers LLC is not responsible for any decisions, fees, policies, or actions taken by the selling dealership or any third-party provider.
